FREE FITNESS COACHING AT CENTER COURT

Everyone wants to be fit but not everyone understands the proper steps to take to achieve their fitness goal(s). And sometimes, even if you understand the steps, it's hard to take the first one.  Education and self-awareness are two key ingredients to successful health and fitness. That's why Center Court Sports & Fitness has implemented a program designed to teach its members how to set and how to accomplish their fitness goals.  Every member has the opportunity to have a Fitness Coach that will give them personal attention and hold them accountable to reaching their goals.

What is a Fitness Coach? 
Having a fitness coach gives you the opportunity to take self inventory and set attainable goals that relate to your personal fitness and health.  Even if you can't afford a personal trainer, you can still get the help you need.  We want to encourage everyone to understand that our health and our bodies are priceless.  Since our bodies are priceless we must learn to take care of them so that we can reach our full potential.

People often accept poor health, decreased energy reserves and diminished physical appearance as the natural result of aging.   However, in most cases, it's more accurate to say we can't do the things we used to do because we're not in shape anymore.  It's not due solely to old age.  The truth is, many have simply become de-conditioned and have not given the attention to their body, their nutrition and the physical side of their being to be blessed with good health.

Coach Danielle Cunningham is a Certified Wellness Coach, and AAAI Certified Group Exercise Instructor, with 14 years experience.
