Center Court Sports & Fitness Aerobics offers a fun, social environment providing diversified exercise programming to meet all of your fitness needs. Make the most of your membership; meet people with common fitness goals. Make fitness fun with us at Center Court. We offer a wide variety of classes and levels. So whether you're a beginner or an expert we have a class for you.

Aerobic exercise burns fat and calories, helps you to lose weight, strengthens your heart muscle, increases your ability to use oxygen and relieves stress. It is important for everyone to get aerobic exercise at least three to five times per week for 20 to 60 minutes.

Definitions:

Step Challenge - A moderate intensity high impact class that involves stepping up and down on a platform.

Power ABS - Not for the timid.  Ab work for even the toughest-tough guy.

20/20/20 - Class includes 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength training,
20 minutes of abs.

Body Sculpting - A dynamic workout includes toning for both upper and lower body.

Step N' Sculpt - Interval workout consisting of step for cardio and dumbbells for toning.

Boot Camp Fitness - Total Body work out!!
